That’s why Speak Up is so important, as you may feel there are times when we don’t live up to our values or the standards that we set for our business.

If something doesn’t feel right – or you see inappropriate behaviour – Speak Up. My commitment is that concerns will be taken seriously, we will listen and take action when we need to and colleagues will be fully supported through the process.

Our values and the way we do business are critical; they are part of being the best bank for customers. I know that those values are embraced across the Group everyday but, inevitably, there will be times when we don’t get it all right.

If you see behaviours that don’t fit with our values, please do raise your concerns. As speak up champion, I am committed to making sure colleagues receive support where necessary when speaking up.
