In response to a number of requests from our clients and community we have produced the first of our annual whistleblowing hotline benchmarking reports. The report is based on data derived from whistleblowing reports made to Expolink between 2009 and 2012. Only percentages are detailed and no individual clients or reports are disclosed.
Whistleblowing data, such as this, is a true litmus test of developments and changes in corporate governance, as is apparent in our findings relating to the advent of the Bribery Act and to the increases in reports to certain business sectors.
