The problem

Imagine you’re the manager of a team or department within your company. A serious incident has been reported to you by a member of staff and you’re now required to investigate it thoroughly. Several different parties will need to be involved - security, HR and the company lawyers for example. The solution

Report Exec is an online incident management software solution that allows key personnel, once the incident has been reported, to build an accurate case report. Each case is given an individual case number so that should anyone else have anything to add, they can do so by logging into Report Exec with their own secure password, finding the right case number and uploading the document – as simple as that!
Report Exec allows you to grant different personnel different levels of access to the case reports. It might be for example that your security department has some CCTV footage of a perpetrator committing a crime. This footage can be uploaded by your security staff without them necessarily being able to view the entire case history.

One of the most powerful tools Report Exec offers is the ability to run detailed reports of how many incidents are occurring in each area of your business. Remember these may not all necessarily be incidents of fraud or theft - they could just as easily be incidents relating to health & safety issues for example. Report Exec’s powerful reporting facility enables you to analyse at a glance, how different areas of the business are performing. For example you may discover a high number of health & safety related incidents occurring in your staff cafeteria, which could be addressed by arranging some training for staff working in that area. Report Exec’s at-a-glance reports enable you to identify and rectify issues quickly and effectively without having to dig up numerous old paper files.

Since Report Exec is a modular system, you can install as little or as many modules as are relevant to your business needs - making it a very affordable solution for businesses of all sizes.
The modular structure of the system is also extremely useful when it comes to setting up different levels of access for different users across your business. This means for example that non-managerial members of staff will be able to submit reports without necessarily being able to view the entire case, and designated managers will be able to submit reports as well as manage and view entire cases should they need to do so. Report Exec is also completely customisable. You can change an employee’s access levels at any point or add different choices to the many menus throughout the system making it completely unique to your business’s requirements.

 

Security guaranteed

Report Exec makes it impossible for reports to be tampered with since you cannot edit a report once it has been submitted. New documents, photos or videos can be added to a case, but once a document has been submitted it remains uneditable. It may be that a number of people need to view a particular case. Report Exec ensures that there is only ever one copy of a case, and that everyone will view the same information in the same place - vital should legal proceedings need to be instigated.
