Where it all began.

Expolink's whistleblowing service was established when an employee resigned because she felt unable to report harassment by a male client. David Crook (Owner and Chairman) recognised not only the injustice of this situation for the individual concerned, but also the danger it represented for businesses on a larger scale.

Expolink's Whistleblowing Process

Our unique whistleblowing service has been refined and enhanced over the past ten years as Government legislation and the whistleblowing needs of our clients have matured. At all times we look after your interests as the employer while supporting your employees.

We exceed through clear communication, frankness, integrity, positive attitudes and a partnership approach to whistleblowing service excellence:

  • All whistleblowing calls are handled by highly trained and experienced call handlers, acting with tact and consideration at all times.
  • Whistleblowing calls can be made anonymously and confidentially (although we encourage employees to provide contact names so we can feedback the outcome of their whistleblowing report), and should you wish your employees can make a report via email or our web based reporting system.
  • Issues are summarised for each and every call to clarify accuracy.
  • The whistleblower is given a unique call number in case they wish to phone back.
  • The whistleblower's demeanour is noted.
  • A report is prepared and thoroughly checked by management for accuracy.
  • Whistleblowing reports are submitted to authorised recipients within 2 hours (unique PINS are required for verification).
  • Norton Utilities file deletion is used to erase reports from our systems to ensure optimum security.
