Then we come to site, install your system and train your people on how to use the product. Full user manuals are provided. At the end of the training you are ready to go, with a system that incorporates your own data. You don't want to waste your time trying to get a blank system operational.
We will work with your IT people to ensure everything operates as it should with your existing IT infrastructure, and that any integration required into 3rd party programmes functions effectively.
You also have access to our development team so that we are able to customise any of our systems to suit your exact needs.
Finally, you have full access to our technical support line, and for as long as you have our support contract in place, this includes providing your with all upgrades/enhancements at no cost.
