Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a measure of how well a company and its employees treat customers. It is both a loyalty metric and a discipline for using customer feedback to fuel profitable growth in your business. Developed by Bain & Company, Satmetrix and Fred Reichheld, NPS is widely accepted as a simple measure of customer advocacy and likelihood to refer friends or colleagues, and has been embraced by leading companies worldwide as the standard for measuring and improving customer loyalty.
Expolink has just started measuring its own NPS score and is putting in place changes to business processes, products and service levels in direct response to the feedback received. Today, we have an NPS of 26%, which compares very well with a UK industry average of just 7%. Our goal is to reach the heady heights of 50% over the coming years, by continuing to listen to and respond to customer feedback.

We were also delighted to be a finalist in the Wiltshire Business of the Year Awards in 2005 for Best Business Culture and the NatWest Award for Innovation and Growth. Both of these are hotly contested prizes, with over 200 companies entering the competition.
