From our market leading position in whistleblowing services, we have expanded into a market leader in outsourced call centre services and following the acquisition of the Illingworth Partnership in 2001, we launched a suite of powerful, yet easy to use mobile quality management, data capture, workforce management and business efficiency software solutions.
